Therapy, to us, is akin to understanding the nature of our responses to life, both in its challenges and its opportunities. Therapy examines and reveals the intricacies of our relationship with the world and how we treat ourselves and others. By immersing yourself in this process, you open the possibility of challenging some strongly held but limiting beliefs, and embracing other unknown but life altering ones. 

TATVA embodies self-awareness in our interaction with the world. Coming face-to-face with the full array of emotions, and truly understanding their nature and underlying needs, can deeply impact our lives. We help our clients to not only understand their past and present significant experiences but also explore new ways of experiencing their lives and their relationships more vividly for an enhanced perspective of life.

TATVA works with people whose distress and dilemmas range from slight to severe, with equanimity. We also appreciate the courage it takes to live with mental health conditions and often the stigma associated with it; so we offer our support every step of the way.
